Terms&Conditions

1. Warranty registration is for new equipment installations only

2. Equipment must be registered within 60 days of installation

3. Furnace Filters must be changed every 6 months at minimum

4. Heat pump or A/C outdoor unit must be covered before snowfall

5. Customers have a right to cancel the order prior to shipment with a cancellation fee of 10%

6. No cancellation can be done after the shipment has been delivered

7. Customers who decide to sign a contract agree with our terms & conditions
